This is one of the worst places to live. Avoid it if you’re looking for a place, they don’t even follow or respect their own rules. They have zero respect for military
This was by far the worst experience I have ever had in a living situation. Maintenance never did their job. I always had to get a hold of them multiple times when I first I had a air conditioner issue and I have two kids at the time they were seven and four I moved in June 2024. I made maintenance and land board and the office all away of this situation. Great community with beautiful newly renovated studio apartments!! They are also very pet friendly! Their dog park is great for your furry friends. There is also space outside for people to hang out on hammocks and unwind from a long day. I know the maintenance staff is friendly and always around to help. I work with the office staff and Jess is very helpful and a great property manager! You will be in good hands here at Beacon Square.
Beacon square was a great apartment building to tour
Manager of the office at beacon square, Jess is absolutely amazing, helps when needed, very kind and has helped me greatly through my time being here so far. Maintenance is quick here and gets jobs done efficiently, also very nice people. There’s a nice dog park that my buddy squints has enjoyed very much.
