These people are unbelievable at professional attitude and work. If you need an appliance replaced or even worked on, call Beacon. Over 90 degree temps and our AC had to be replaced but while we were calling around to get quotes and inspections, our eldest daughter died and the General Manager came out to the house immediately and sat down and said he would personally get us comfortable and reasonably. My husband is also a disabled vet and these folks had us installed and cooling and never took a break in 90 plus degrees... read more
