I had the pleasure of working with Krisean during my apartment search, and I can honestly say he made the whole process stress-free and enjoyable. From the moment I walked in, he was welcoming, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about the property. He took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly, showed me multiple options that fit my needs, and never once made me feel rushed or pressured.
This is a great place to live. The office staff is very professional and the maintenance staff always takes care of requests in a timely manner. The apartments are spacious and the prices are reasonable.
This community has recently been acquired by new management. All services are currently in transition.
Please I'm a new resident i move mars 23 I was apply for a studio a already pay everything but I dint like the studio the move me to a new one a apt 107 I never received the lease agreement for the new appr a went 2 or 3 tome to the lease office I call some many time but can find any answer about that no body call me or email me I want the lease paper so if someone can contact me
