I've been here 8 years, almost 9.. numerous management companies... It has its ups and downs as does everywhere else in this world. I am grateful for them fixing the gate, first time since living here has the gate worked. I am also grateful for the location of the bus stop(s), the grocery stores in the route, and police coming when you call them. I just miss the laundry room being open. This apartment complex is not willing to accept a money order for rent kept saying it needs to paid through the portal. I explained to them many times my sister is hospitalized for mental illness. She will not provide us the information needed for the portal or what portal to use to pay the rent. They can tell you by the 6th $100 late fee and by the 15th an additional $100 and a warrant issued. They DON’T give a crap about their residents. No sympathy whatsoever. Heartless. My experience was wonderful ...I called a thousand times and krisean and the office staff understood my 100%frustration and they got me approved and moved in
