If I could give zero stars, I would. I moved into the apartment in March by April 1st , the air was out and the downstairs toilet leaked. I put in a maintenance request only for the maintenance man to say there was nothing he could do because the contractors installed the system. He also said he didn’t see anything indicating why the downstairs toilet was leaking so he didn’t even do anything about it nor did he relay the message so maybe someone else could fix the toilet.
