This is the worse place ever !! They charge for things they shouldn’t be charging for, maintenance don’t fix anything, I was handed glue said fix it myself… this should be the last place on your list to live period !!!
There are numerous large potholes throughout the parking lot, making it difficult and unsafe to navigate. This not only poses a risk to vehicles but also creates a hazard for pedestrians. The property gate is non-functional, as it remains open at all times. This raises concerns about security and the safety of residents. It seems that routine maintenance is lacking, which is affecting the overall appearance and functionality of the property. The situation in the units is not better. They just don't care about the property.
This is the old Biscayne apartments this is a drug hole apartments are old and molded. You'll get robbed at night. Drug lords everywhere. The Management's attitude is disgusting. Stay away from Old Nasty hwy
