Don't get fooled by the high reviews here; the leasing office offers to deduct some of your rent for a month if you leave a high review. I've lived in two different units in this apartment complex and both have had serious issues with cockroaches (>10 in 7 months in my current unit). Pest Control is requested and sprays a little bit and leaves with the problem largely unresolved as the roaches come back a few days later. The best experience of a life time .Best Staff /Best location/ and all the amenities that a person could want. I am a current resident and have been here for 25 years. hospitals schools shopping grocery stores all within a half a mile to a mile of your home. Check it out and see if I am not right. Fantastic maintenance team that respond and help in any emergency
When one is technologically challenged as I am, it is hard to find someone these days with patience which has gone out of the window. Well, at Beacon Ridge there are a couple of guardian angels at the management office who really care about the well being of their residence. Marcus Hudgins took at least an hour to help me out of a debacle when trying to set up paying rent on line. Just trying to get something as simple as a pin number was a real ordeal. *Updated Review* I’ve lived in Beacon Ridge for exactly a year, and I’ve been extremely impressed with both the office and maintenance teams. They’re kind, caring, and always do their best for the residents. During the summer, I’ve seen how hard they work to keep the pool running smoothly, even when unexpected issues arise that was beyond their control.
