When one is technologically challenged as I am, it is hard to find someone these days with patience which has gone out of the window. Well, at Beacon Ridge there are a couple of guardian angels at the management office who really care about the well being of their residence. Marcus Hudgins took at least an hour to help me out of a debacle when trying to set up paying rent on line. Just trying to get something as simple as a pin number was a real ordeal. *Updated Review* I’ve lived in Beacon Ridge for exactly a year, and I’ve been extremely impressed with both the office and maintenance teams. They’re kind, caring, and always do their best for the residents. During the summer, I’ve seen how hard they work to keep the pool running smoothly, even when unexpected issues arise that was beyond their control. At Beacon Ridge, you get what you pay for. Anywhere you live, it can really depend on who your neighbors are. Our experience has been average and the management does what they can. It’s next to a busy road and a neighboring apartment complex that you can hear, due to poor insulation, thin walls, and older windows. Our energy and water bills are running higher than ever, due to inflation, but also due to old HVAC units and poor ventilation and sealing. The most comfortable living environment. Beacon Ridge really does shine when it comes to apartment living. The staff is wonderful, the amenities are top notch, and the living space could not be more homey. We are going on 2 years living here and it is the best decision we've made!!
My husband and I have lived at Beacon Ridge for over 2 years now and it has been a great place to call home. Great location to get to downtown, shopping, and restaurants. We love the quite atmosphere and the awesome maintenance staff.
