been dealing with this company over ten years I am a scrap contractor many times dealing with other peoples material some times prices git mixed up but always cleared up per quote.sometimes bumped up to next grade.
Great recycling experience! The place is clean and the workers are extremely friendly. Not sure what H Z is talking about, maybe he had an issue with another customer. This is by far my favorite place to bring my metal in Muskegon!
Poor customer service worst experience; Be careful on the plant when returning recyclables as an employee may initiate a confrontation; no children should ever go there or women.
