Their place of business was supposed to be open but wasn't even open. I called and I called and left voicemails and they didn't even have the decency to call me back. I was interested in a rental but not anymore. It goes to show what kind of business they run.
I've never rented from her but to be a friend of a tenant and get yelled at as I was shutting her front door to the house is a little outrageous to me she's very disrespectful and should learn how to approach people
I rented from them for about five years. Then they also helped me purchase my house. Great, honest, friendly people!
I have worked with Vicki at Beacon for over six years. No hidden fees or ripping tenants (or landlords) off like Homespot! She is hard to get a hold of, but worth the wait to get things fixed correctly!
