We briefly met Flint several years ago and his professionalism made an impression on us, so when we were ready to sell our home we thought of him immediately. He’s a very likeable guy and knowledgeable, guiding us along the way and walking us through all the nuances. Flint is the total package. Professional yet easy to talk to. Knowledgable about the area, the market, and trends. He helped my wife and I sell a house while the market was tanking and made sur ethat we got the best deal we could. Responsive, helpful, and dealt with our anxiety like a champ.
