I had a very disappointing experience when I called this office seeking counseling and behavioral health testing for my son. The person who answered the phone was extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. I was simply trying to explain my son’s insurance situation, but he repeatedly interrupted me, would not let me finish speaking, and refused to provide his name when I asked. 4 years ago (2022) Dr. Dinh, during my 1st meeting with her this morning, reviewed the forms I had submitted, yes. She gave me some quick and dirty tests for GAD and depression. I came to her in order to taper off of a benzo which I had been taking for 10+ years, and at a lower dose than Rx'd. I am in tolerance, but this doctor, who reported helping others off, decided to take me down to .75 TID while I'm already in tolerance, and suffering from same. I wish I had looked at the reviews before choosing this location. Initially, things were good, but I consistently had issues with a staff member named Guillermo. He would rush me off the phone and relay incomplete messages to the doctor. I confronted him about an error involving my 6-year-old son. I called over five times to get the issue corrected, but no one answered. I remained respectful and sent an email to address the situation. Dr. Dinh was fine but the therapist Dr. Thirslon Williams I do NOT recommend unless you enjoy your therapist being 10-15 mins late every visit. First it started 5-10 mins late which is already cutting into a 60 min expensive visit. Then the very last time I saw her she was 15 mins late, a whole quarter of the appointment gone. And her excuse was “um well I need time to pee between appointments” 15 mins? It’s just unprofessional and rude in my opinion. Don’t recommend for her lack of urgency and regard for her patients time.
