This is a HORRIBLE property management company. I see why the rentals at 1520 Castro Street Oakland, CA 94612 are available for so long. When touring my former unit, unit 5, I asked why it was available for so long (8 months) & the property manager of the building told me no particular reason. Turns out it’s probably because you can always hear the loud garage door open whenever somebody enters or leaves at all hours of the night.
