My friend lived there , very unsafe living environment due to houseless population over ruining it . The property management company refuses to do anything about the issue
This company runs apartments in a small town in ky they dont listen to the tenets belittle them and does things in a excessively complex system that is near imposible for the elderlt tenets that live here
My HVAC unit hasn't worked in over a year and they keep sending idiots to do nothing about it
They don't honor there lease provision they don't value decent tenants and couple employees probably shouldn't even be working for beacon properties I can't say I absolutely dislike beacon properties but they do engage in un fair practices which would be considered illegal in some states
I just moved into Nicholas Landing Apartments a few weeks ago and I love living here. Great Management, Beautiful apartments.
