My friend got back from a deployment and had her car towed shortly after due to an unbeknownst change in construction. The destination was a quick jog away but the starting price was $300 + $25 a day. Turns out the business model makes a handsome profit from towing vehicles of deployed soldiers because they're either susceptible due to knowledge gaps upon returning or they're out of country and by the time they return the price to reclaim the car is so high that they can't afford it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, any profit they make allows them to continue exploiting service members. Their entire business model is built around targeting service members—mostly those who are deployed. While a service member is on a field exercise or deployment and their car is towed it’s a $300+ starting fee with $25 per day…no one can afford that coming off a 6-9 month deployment. Getting my car towed is not a memorable experience that I'd like to ever recall. Especially if there is law enforcement involved. But as a fast, reliable, and professional service in the greater Fayetteville area, these guys do it all. Affordable and competitive prices compared to others in the surrounding area, I've never needed to call anyone else, and when I've tried, I still end up calling them in the end.
