I've lived here for almost four years and the biggest problem is communication. It's difficult to get in touch with someone about problems or inquiries. I believe they need more help or someone who can be in the office more often. I've had holes in my walls due to leaks for nearly a year, and I occasionally get notes about maintenance and repairs that are never done. They also need a better rent payment system. what's the office your speaking of? hopefully not beaconpointe. I stayed there for 9yrs and that manger/landlord is not who I want to speak with. she's the reason I left there and multiple others has as well. I have many receipts. she disturb my peace. she's so nasty and rude. you all need to get rid of her asap. she walks in your home with no notice. just a disgusting individual. What I will do is continue to pray for her. but she gotta go.
