Super customer service- the check in young man on Saturday afternoon 2/21 was a standout. Appreciated the extra touches (heated parking underground,.grab and go breakfast, hot cocoa, s'mores) and the views of Lake Superior.
We stayed at the Beacon Pointe hotel Feb 2026. We really enjoyed our stay. I was very comfortable, cozy and quiet. The rooms were clean and offered a little kitchenette which was nice to have. The basement parking was extremely nice due to it being cold out. We also enjoyed the lake view and privacy. We definitely plan to stay there again. Its a nice experience and highly recommend it.
This was a great place to stay. Everybody was so friendly and accommodating. Will definitely stay here again!
