We got the condo on the 3rd floor. The room itself was very spacious and nice and clean. The price was tripled because we went on the weekend as compared to during the week, which made it really high for this place. It’s at resort price but offers little resort services. It was comparable to resorts on the beach in Florida. The drainage in the sink, tub and toilet was slow. Which is why I took off an entire star. This is kind of a Super 8 masquerading as an Airbnb which is masquerading as a resort. On the one hand the view and grounds are great and the front desk staff is friendly. On the other hand both the bed and the sheets are unbelievably cheap, distractingly so, and the other staff you encounter may or may not acknowledge your existence. There is sort of like a mini kitchen en suite but many pieces were missing or otherwise not very well organized. Beacon Pointe I have been and try to be a frequent traveler. Through my professional activity and vacations with my family, I have had the opportunity and blessing to travel around many parts of the world. I can speak and offer opinions with particularity and knowledge about hospitality. Unfortunately, lately, service and attention to detail have declined significantly. Ethan was Absolutely Fantastically Wonderful To Work With. I called a few times asked stupid ?'s. He was so kind and so patient with me. He answered every? I asked. He was so honest. My main concern was noise from above, we were on 1st floor. He said we should have no problem with noise in our 1 bedroom condo. And it was as quiet as could be. No noise from above or next door. Wish they would have a total separation from our balcony to the neighbors. But we got lucky and had great neighbors. They had a queen bed right in fron... read more
