Their customer service uses language that is demeaning and ignorant
RecommendedThey came with 30 minutes of when we called at 6 pm with a burst hot water pipe under the kitchen sink. They made the repair and verified no additional leaks and cleaned up after themselves. Both were masked and maintained their distance from us while they worked.
Service guy came- Josh- to fix out bathroom faucet, well 1st he did not fix it 2nd-Charge was 474.$ ! I understand if you fix everything and charge money, BUT you DID NOT!!! He been in our house for 3 hours- not sure what he was fixing but not the faucet! after I had to call around and ask my friends who can recommend the plumber, so problem was is bad washer... that cost $3! also Beacon changed cartridge in the faucet.. and new handles that actually working now is very bad right now, hard to open and regulate water flow.. a... read more
Was just charged over $900.00 (more than twice the industry average) to replace a garbage disposal. I did not learn how much we were overcharged until talking to friends who are plumbers in the Boston area. I should have done my homework first.
We came home from vacation to find that our furnace had failed. Beacon sent Ismael on a Sunday to get us back up. Old furnace was repairable but not economical, and had a history of failure. Ismael and his crew were able to replace the entire furnace, on a Sunday, and get us going again, with no worries about future issues!
Extremely over priced and a rip off !!!! Charged $600 to my retired family to fix a toilet that constantly ran. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!! $20 part at Home Depot. Think twice before you hire this horrible company.
I was excited when Beacon was able to come out on a Friday night for $100 service visit. Jake the technician arrived on time and was very professional and I thought the service charge was reasonable. Anyway I needed to fix two new water feed valves to our new washer that was coming next week— I installed them but I couldn’t get them to stop leaking. Jake explained what seemed like a quick and easy fix — just replace them with better quality fixtures. However the price he quoted was over 700 including the service call — $300 ... read more
We had amazing service this afternoon by Ismael and Ruben. They arrived very quickly to our house. They were able to diagnose the problem under the kitchen sink and gave us an option of repairing or replacing the pipes. They also found an issue with the garbage disposal. We decided to do the replacement. Ismael told us the cost in advance and was able to finish the job faster than the estimated time. They were very courteous, polite and professional. We are very pleased with the service and recommend Beacon.
