Mark was very good and fixed the issue quickly
Each person I dealt with Marc and Evan to the many others (Alex) were very epic in every area (customer care, great work ethic) I can’t say enough about this team. I will always highly recommend Beacon to family and friends. They totally go above and beyond in every area.
Marc was very efficient. Diagnosed the problem and gave us a couple options. We decided to get a new water heater rather than repair our old one. He got to work right away and a few hours later the world got a little better for everyone because I showered! Thank you 😊
