Marc & Evan showed up on time to unblock a drain. They quoted me a reasonable price and I let them start on the drain. They were very courteous, wore shoe covers upon entering the house, and had a firm handshake (something i respect as a Texan living in Idaho for all these years). What should have been an easy snake job turned into a bigger problem when they found pipe debris was what was causing the blockage.
