Tony and team did a great job. He is very responsive in communication and provides clear estimates. Since my old home has very little room for a hot water heater - he made sure he stopped by to do measurements in advance of install. My son was home for the install and he said they were incredibly friendly and respectful of him and our home. In addition, the estimates provided were more affordable than some competitors. Strongly recommend!
Beacon sent out Eric, a plumber we’d been lucky to have once before. He informed us there were two issues with our septic system, one which a septic company would need to fix first, and then he could come back and finish the job. Great advice, no charge for the visit! Beacon and Eric (and assistant Aidan) make a great team!
Due to the cold weather had an outdoor pipe burst while I was out of town so I called Beacon plumbing and they sent out a tech right away who was able to fix the issue and then recommended a yard hydrant which they installed yesterday. They installed one at various locations on my property. Travis and his coworker ( sorry I didn’t get his name) were fast, efficient and were very knowledgeable and provided excellent service. I’m happy that I called Beacon plumbing!
From start to finish, Beacon was a breeze to work with. El gato came out within 24 hours of me submitting my issue and he was amazing, he was honest and straightforward with what the issue was and the price was reasonable. I would highly recommend and use this company again. The customer service was on point and overall the service provided was very professional and helpful.
