I needed to replace my water heater and reached out to Beacon plumbing they got a busy scheduled right away and their water heater guy John came out and reviewed my step and gave me an estimate. He was friendly, very knowledgeable and arrived when he said he would. He was right ton the money with his time estimates as well. The new water heater is great, all up to code and the service included haul away of the old water heater.John was very patient with my newbie questions. Knowledgeable and friendly service.
Bron and Dee came through and got my furnace running quick and easy. They did a great job. They were polite, professional, and easy to work with. Looking forward to a warm house this winter. Highly recommended.
Zadrien from Beacon Plumbing did an excellent job unclogging our bathroom sink! He was professional, polite, and very knowledgeable. He gave me great advice on how to maintain both our bathroom and kitchen drains and even provided BioDrain to help keep them clean. He also checked for leaks under our kitchen sink and fixed one at no extra charge. I really appreciated his honesty, thoroughness, and great customer service. Jesus and Alfredo were amazing! They installed our gas line and new water tank quickly and professionally, and were so friendly throughout the process. Everything works perfectly and they left the area spotless. I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, top-notch service!
