Due to the cold weather had an outdoor pipe burst while I was out of town so I called Beacon plumbing and they sent out a tech right away who was able to fix the issue and then recommended a yard hydrant which they installed yesterday. They installed one at various locations on my property. Travis and his coworker ( sorry I didn’t get his name) were fast, efficient and were very knowledgeable and provided excellent service. I’m happy that I called Beacon plumbing!
Our furnace broke while we were out of town and i called Beacon on Sunday. Kory was the tech that came out a few hours later to diagnose what was going on. Super glad they are 24/7 and could come out on a weekend! He was super friendly and was great at keeping me updated on the entire process since we needed to order parts for our furnace. Troy and Ross were incredible in helping us with our main water line. They came promptly when we had a leak and explained everything to us, ensuring we understood all of the safety procedures. Beacon responded promptly and did a thorough review of our two tankless water heaters. John was comfortable with how the job was plumbed but needed to program the two units to work together. He also rerouted the water flow between the two units adding more valves. Great job by a true professional. We will gladly use him again.

There has never been a time when we've called and haven't been able to get an appointment as soon as we'd like it. The technicians are professional, do quality work and always clean up the worksite when the work is completed. Today Rick and Roger came to our home to repair a leaking outdoor faucet.
