We had a great experience with Beacon. Ian and Damon were prompt, courteous and professional. They quickly diagnosed the problem with our water heater. They provided us with three options, which was great. The entire job-from arrival to com-pletion-took just a few hours. We highly recommend them and will use them in the future. Thank you Beacon(especially Ian and Damon).
This is the third time that I called Beacon Plumbing and have always been satisfied. This time my boiler shut down. Jon, their boiler technician was very friendly and explained what needed to be done. He even had to come back the following day to make adjustments. I am completely satisfied with their work and will highly recommend Beacon to others. And if I ever have future boiler issues, I will definitely be calling Beacon Plumbing
Jordan with Beacon Plumbing came and did work for me and he did an excellent job. He cleaned up his work area so neatly.. I would highly recommend Jordan and Beacon Plumbing they have done several jobs for me and every time I have been very pleased with their work.. The folks that take your calls in the office are excellent also making sure you are highly satisfied.. why are you waiting give them a call 📞..
Bron and Dee came through and got my furnace running quick and easy. They did a great job. They were polite, professional, and easy to work with. Looking forward to a warm house this winter. Highly recommended.
Tony and all the Beacon technicians who came to my rental to make improvements were amazing! Polite, kind, professional, and good humans. Work was done with great integrity and transparency. Wish the cost wasn’t so high especially with 3 services requested. Not the techs fault but the head office. Would call Tony and the others for any additional work. THANK YOU!!
