Your guys were quick on the draw and arrived at our house within thirty minutes of our call for help. They were called for two items and quickly ascertained one of the items was not as we feared, and Brenda and I took care of it. The main problem was the valves for the washing machine. I will never go anywhere else for plumbing and HVAC. I had an emergency situation that I knew might be a major issue. I was so scared of who to trust. I've been dealing with the pink truck guys thus far and felt like I've been getting gouged. I ended up having to replace a major portion of my septic line and it was about half the cost of what I anticipated. From start to finish it was a great experience. Excellent service. Had a major clog, deep inside the wall and he got it. Took him longer than he thought but didn’t charge me more. Helped me find the drain pipes and cleanouts also. (It’s a very old house). Ken is a friendly technician who knows his stuff. Jenn answered my panicked call and took great care of my situation. I will be using them to build my new bathroom also. They know their stuff.
