I recently moved into Beacon Place, and my experience has been great. The application and move-in process were smooth, and Amanda was incredibly helpful throughout. She made sure everything went seamlessly, answering all my questions and offering great support. Been living here for a few months now, it’s been a great experience!! There hasn’t been any issues or complaints. Was originally skeptical of studio unit but it’s actually pretty nice and have a good layout/area great for one person. Have been told by visitors it’s a cute unit lol. Love the location and the resident management team is really kind and helpful!
Moved in this summer and have been loving living here! It is so close to the river valley, which makes for a nice walk in the summer. Any issue that comes up, Amanda is on it and works quickly to make sure it is resolved. Amanda has been the best landlord I have had in the 4 years that I have been renting.
