The apartment complex is decent but not luxury like advertised. There was a change in management and it’s been going downhill. Subpar communication with tenants and when you come in to ask a question you are always met with some attitude. As if the guys in front office get annoyed that your visit interrupted their reel viewing on their phone. Maintenance got very lax. Medwin has provided great maintenance at my unit for the past 4 years and is very knowledgeable and patient. Fernando has provided great maintenance at my unit for the past four years and is friendly, outgoing and prompt. Daisy has provided great maintenance at my unit for the past year and has done more than she was asked to. Very grateful for the excellent service of this team.
