I awarded a five-star rating due to the exceptional community. However, I am experiencing a significant issue with the temperature control on the third level. Despite adjusting the thermostat to 68 degrees, the AC unit remains at 76 degrees, which is particularly concerning given the recent heatwave. Been living here about 6 years now. Staff is excellent, responsive, and timely in their assistance. The location is great (plenty of restaurants/parks in walking distance), the grounds are beautiful, and the apartment is fantastic. I highly recommend considering Beacon . Management team is very helpful n always give quick response of ur problem.❤️❤️ Leasing ofc is well maintained with all gym equipment.
Its almost 6 year ,we r living here. Beautiful community and very good management. Maintenance team are doing great job. Quick response and good communication from team. I lived here for over a year on the ground floor, facing one of the fountains. Pros: Management and maintenance are professional, courteous, and responsive. They do try to make the place feel like a community and enjoyable. The grounds were clean and maintained. There is plenty of parking. There is a nice, tiny pool and workout room. Convenient location. My experience at Beacon Place at Kentlands has been exceptional. Theresa has been incredibly helpful and consistently positive on a daily basis. Don and Francis fulfilled every promise they made before I moved in. The maintenance team was always polite and addressed my requests promptly. I highly recommend this place!
