I would avoid these buildings if you have any choice. The buildings have a lot of problems with leaky pipes under the concrete and inside the walls. We were pressured to accept a unit without seeing it before hand. After we moved in the issues are easy to see. At least make sure you carefully look at the unit you’re getting. The complex is 30 years old and it is probably end of life. New management company and leasing team sucks. Manager Ashanti is very rude.
The entire team is awesome. Very attentive and willing to help. Great customer service, friendly and would recommend anyone to live here.
The maintenance staff, as well as the office staff, are wonderful. They go the extra mile in helping residents here.
