Terrible communication. Poor customer service Details: The location was perfect and the facility looked great, but the communication was extremely poor. Calls were not answered (numerous calls), and messages left went unreturned. This made scheduling or rescheduling, if necessary, very difficult. After over three weeks of trying, I ultimately had to go elsewhere. Even my doctor’s office attempted to reach out on my behalf without success.
