had a positive experience with my therapist, but unfortunately, the front desk staff exhibited unprofessional behavior. When I attempted to schedule a follow-up appointment, the receptionist seemed disinterested and lacked effective communication skills. Subsequently, I received text messages regarding appointments I did not schedule, and upon calling to clarify, she became argumentative. Her demeanor was unacceptable, and I prefer not to interact with her further to continue my therapy.
I’ve not even been here yet and not a fan. I have a future appointment that’s two weeks out. I’m in PAIN and I’m pregnant and they put me out this long!? I’ve called to make a sooner appointment, but they never called me back nor answered the phone when I called. So whoever does the scheduling there should ask if their pain is a 10 and if it is then try and get them in sooner than later. so far this place sits at a sold 1 star for me as I sit in pain at a level 10 for two weeks.
Best crew in the Beacon System
First, I want to say, the Physical Therapists are great, however, Billing gets a score of "1". I was scheduled for dry needling to help with neck/shoulder pain. I was unable to tolerate/complete the procedure and the Therapist terminated it after 2 needles (I believe they generally do around 12 needles). I work in Radiology, and when a patient is unable to complete an MRI, for example, we do not charge them for a "failed procedure".
