Absolutely love Beacon pedi. All of the providers and staff are wonderful. They are a small practice and not owned by a large company so when you call, someone picks up! Can’t say enough good things about them.
My three children have been patients at Beacon Pediatrics since the practice opened, and prior to that, we saw the same doctors at SSMC. While the nursing staff has consistently been kind and attentive, our overall experience—particularly with our primary pediatrician—has ultimately led us to switch practices. As a parent of a child who requires additional developmental support, I often felt that my concerns were dismissed or minimized. Wonderful doctors and beautiful new location. Very easy to get same day sick visits, nurse triage, and refills unlike some other places. The care my son has received here from Dr. Polcari, Dr. Warhaftig, and Dr. Cox has been outstanding.
I moved to beacon to follow my children's ped, dr schneider, who was one of the original start-up doctors moving from SSH to this new practice. I have only good things to say about this practice. The facility is clean, new and appropriately decorated for children. The staff are all so friendly and accommodating.
