Zero complaints. They have always been able to get us in for sick visits in a timely manner for both our kids. They have always addressed any concerns we have brought up.
Our family switched to Beacon Pediatrics and have absolutely loved it. The staff at Beacon are the best! Doctors are friendly and so accommodating - and we’ve found that even with our crazy schedules there’s always availability. Don’t be deterred by any of the overly emotional bad reviews that you see on here. Dad approved!
We've been with Dr. Zemel since before she moved to Beacon and have had an excellent experience. We've seen several other providers for sick visits and are always pleased. We've been referred to an ear specialist that was excellent and a digestion specialist that went well. We love nurse Olivia! Highly recommend.
Had an appointment today at 8:15 and unfortunately were late due to some traffic. We arrived at 8:30. We were told that since we were late they may not be able to see us! They had us then wait 20 minutes only to tell us that they wouldn't see us because we were late. This was a follow up appointment for a sports asthma diagnosis.
