The wait time was ridiculous, receptionists were super unfriendly and when I finally got to the doctor he spent 2 minutes with me and they whisked me out of there so fast I had no time to ask important questions about my condition. I then sent a portal message to the provider with my questions and no one ever got back to me. This was like 2 weeks ago. Friendly and knowledgeable staff that truly cares about helping your recovery.
Dr. Razzano is great. However there is always a wait no matter how empty the office appears and if you have surgery with the be prepared to get multiple account opened with different “departments” and then billing to give you incorrect information. Love that doctor but their scheduling/billing system needs to go. Almost not worth it to continue coming here.
Long wait times for no apparent reason. Scheduling for surgery is done 24 hours in advance and unacceptable for making accommodations to/from. Would not recommend.
I fell the night before off of a wheelchair ramp and twisted my knee. I was seen by the PA in the Urgent Care on Saturday morning. The care I received was excellent and the entire staff was friendly and helpful. Going to this urgent care as opposed to going to the emergency room was the right decision.
