Kim the lady at check in was super rude and unprofessional. She needs to realize she should greet people with smile and common courtesy and respect: Her attitude choice of words and body language was just super unprofessional. Here I am there ti be seen for a serious injury and yet she treats me like I’m a problem. She def should be addressed about how she interacts with patients. The ortho is too notch tho. As far as care I give 5 stars.
