I was told the physician was running 15 minutes behind. As a medical professional myself, I understand that. Things happen. However, there was no further communication regarding waiting. I waited an hour in the exam room just for the physician to lay eyes on me. When the physician got into the room, he started the conversation with telling me I was too young to be there & questioned why other specialties didn’t see me first.
