Whoever does the ultrasounds there the day I went, she ran out of printer paper (annoying) and she was NOT very friendly or nice! she made us feel uncomfortable and very unwanted there. They need an ultrasound tech with a better attitude and who smiles and is nice to the moms. oh, and maybe snap a few photos of baby and explain what we’re looking at and you’re measuring while we watch. My last ultrasound photos I had NOT A SINGLE clue what I was looking at. do better!
Why is it so hard to get a prescription refill. They always say their phone hours are open at 1pm but they never turn on their phones till 1:20…..every time.
I will always recommend River Oaks to anybody. I’ve had 2 pregnancies/labor & beginning my third. Between prenatal, postpartum care & regular womanly care (birth control, Pap smears etc) I have never run into a more kind, caring & loving staff & environment. Everyone has always listened to my needs, cared about mine & my babies health & gone above & beyond. I will always come back for care & recommend here to everyone.
