When I called to make an appointment the receptionist on September 17th 2025 at 9:20AM Started the call off super aggressive. She was yelling at me and belittling me. I was trying to explain my reason for calling (I was sent by the Memorial pain clinic to book an appointment with beacon) and she would not let me get a sentence out. She was completely unprofessional and aggressive.
