Terrible front desk. We called to make a reservation, the front desk staff’s behavior was unprofessional and disrespectful. She deliberately paused between each word when asking, “What…. is …your …name?” before switching back to a normal tone, which came across as mocking and inappropriate. This kind of conduct is unacceptable in any customer-facing role. If you don’t wanna deal with customer service then do not do it. For God sake
