I received a bill for my visits and have asked about it several times when I go in for my biweekly appointments ( on Fulton Street). One of the women at the front desk look it up every time and tell me I don't owe anything because I have insurance and Medicare So I called the billing department and someone by the name of Jennifer got on the phone with me and was very rude to me. Friendly and Dr.Gentile was kind and listen and gave me options about what we could do with my toddler son.
I was there to see Dr. Gentile, but they had me see a nurse practitioner which I was not very happy about
