I had a referral for urgent from my family Dr. and was called the same day to schedule my appointment! I got in the next morning. The front desk was so friendly and helpful. The best medical visit I’ve ever had. Got me in and out and took care of the problem I was having! The staff was amazing and efficient
Made me feel like I was insignificant as they couldn’t spare an extra 5 minutes for me. I had a sick child at home who started vomiting the night before. I had been up most of the night. I made it on time to my appointment but there was an issue with my insurance. I asked if I could have 5 minutes to call and clear it up to which I was told that the doctor had other patients. I am 1 1/2 years out from a hysterectomy and 1 week out from a laparoscopy for endometriosis. Each procedure was performed by a different doctor, and the experiences were night and day. With my hysterectomy, a doctor from Beacon performed a few tests on me and told me I was "fine and everything looked OK."
