The place is fine. The Beacon check-in questionnaire is troubling. I expect my healthcare provider to know me better than to ask my pronouns. With the recent decrease in trust in medical institutions, it’s a bad look to be asking that question of a senior citizen with a 50 year history with Memorial Hospital and Beacon Health System since its inception.
