I thought this was a reliable, professional group, but it is anything but. Because I care about other people I'm informing all other medical professionals what happened. The nurse that was seeing us lied about being here on Sept.18, 2025, not knowing we have ring doorbell cameras at each corner of our home. Extremely inflated pricing. They wanted to come every two weeks and the only thing they did was check vitals on my child. One lady wouldn't even talk to him, Starla, has zero bedside manner. Called 5 or 6 times asking to talk to Karen Jackson with no call back. Messed up several prescriptions. My son has a severe brain injury and they referred me to zero specialists. *ATTENTION VETERANS/CAREGIVERS OF VETS* the only reason 3 starts are given is for the 3 people (miss misty and miss Ashley in the office are the only two who care how horrid vets are treated here and my nurse who QUIT Gretchen) otherwise they'd get 0. Don’t comunicate a money grab for seniors one time blood draw 2k lab results didn’t show UTI had no symptoms but put on antibiotics 5-6mo . I do have symptoms Jan’26 took OTC test and it said contact doc asap I called that day yesterday assured pt care team will contact person answering phone did NOT ask my symptoms or would relay who pt coordinator was. Christina ARNP, is absolutely wonderful. She is so attentive to my mother needs. The office staff also have it together. Very organized. Follow through is great!
