I’ve been renting with them since may and I’ve ran into countless issues so far. From my toilet not being able to flush to the electricity in my apartment CONSTANTLY going out to their office person Jason, being extremely rude to me and boyfriend over the phone, accusing me of breaking the lease when I did not and telling me I will need to find another place.Now there’s a leak from my shower which was dripping down into the below tenants apartment. I've been with beacon for a year and some and I have nothing but great things to say. Going through the reviews I don't understand any of the negative reviews everyone from the office to maintenance and in between have been amazing and understanding I had a bunch of problems with the apartment and they have worked with me to fix every problem Ive had. To everyone who has posted a bad review I reasure the problem is not beacon management the problem is you and how you conversate.
I currently have 7 buildings & I live out of state. I am so lucky we have been working with Jacob for 2 years . He and his office are very professional. I totally trust Beacon Management. Jacob is always on top of everything and is very dedicated to The owners and Renters!I would recommend Beacon management without any doubts. I am a real estate investor and had a very bad experience with 2 property management I used in the past. I was lucky to find Beacon Management who is now managing my 1 family house. They are very reliable and takes care of my property as if it was their own. Jacob knows what he's doing and is very professional. He will update you on your property and takes care of the tenant.
