I’ve been renting with them since may and I’ve ran into countless issues so far. beacon actually sucks idk who runs this “dedicated business” nobody gives a call back everything is leaking & not working as well as outdated like ur grandma. the other tenants are rude controlling and messy, this company barely takes care of anything. they have spiders in the apartments especially in summer time so disgusting, when they say they’re getting the apartment ready all they do is maybe switch out the carpets lol. the saying you get what you pay for is very obvious here. good luck ever getting in contact with the ... read more
101 Aldrich has tents above that make noise all night and the management i very rude renters be ware and remember im an old tenant and I got kicked out because I told there works dont do crab work and pick your messes up then I got evicted by the mangment..RentersBeware and beccon clean the bathroom floor b4 you take pictures of the bathroom thats slopy Renters be ware just know the maintenance workers put words in people's mouth that they never even said the owner to the company.
