Do not go to Beacon Neurosurgery. The doctor I saw didn't listen to a word I said. Was condescending and rude. On top of that she completely lacked empathy for what I was going through. When I tried to call to file a report. The staff tried to forward me to her. I didn't want to talk to her. I wanted to report her behavior. Which is my right as a patient. The staff hung up on me.
