One of the absolute worse places. So much police activity in there. They have one compactor for thd entire complex which has about 100 apartments. And they fine you if you don't dispose of your trash properly even though half the time the compactor is overflowing. So what are you suppose to do? They will go through your trash in the morning if its outside of the compactor just to get your name and address so they can fine you for improperly disposing your trash.
Nice area with great views and near everything you need. Office staff has been great to my family and I , just don't like the duck poop
Very ghetto and dirty with a lot of hoodlums casing the parking lots at night. Laundry rooms fail to work properly and are filthy. Lots of loud neighbors, will only go back if homeless, even then I would probably live in my car first.
