Their HOI person is too busy for you! You've got to keep remind her to get you new quotes. Obviously they don't need your business. She wasted 2 precious months and put me in a position where time was running out. Will never use them again. Too late this year, but next year, I'm going with a different insurance broker. I'm not a fan of writing negative reviews, but this one deserved it!
Do not expect any answer or quote from them they always make a promise but never happens.
Called several times for a quote and several weeks later, nothing. I know they are in business. I got their number from a referral.
