Was told by Beacon Hospice staff member that I couldn’t access my mother own healthcare providers because Beacon was in total control of her care. Was told “We own her care.” I tried to be forgiving of that comment, thinking it was just one bad apple, but things didn’t add up. After my mother died, I sent Amy Sanborn, administrator a nice note expressing appreciation for my mother’s care and she never replied to me. I got nothing.
