Beacon hospice was such a wonderful group to work with. Staff was kind and caring. Supportive , knowledgeable and helpful to all my and my mom’s needs. They gave supplies, asked what I needed, and knew when we needed daily visits. Losing my mother was so hard, and the staff at beacon was there every step of the way. Thank you for everything.

We have been taking care of my step father in law for about 5 years since my mother in law passed with ALS ( at home) . We heard of Beacon through the VA , was skeptical at first cause when you hear hospice you think end of life but I was wrong. We have had them with us for about 4 months .They have been Angels in many ways, not just the care for my father in law but for me also. Very unprofessional office staff. The durable medical supply company they use always brought broken equipment. Aids seem competent but over scheduled. Beacon makes you feel like you are there for their benefit instead of them being there to help the client and the family get through that very difficult time. I don't recommend this company if you have other options.

There has been nothing but problems since intake. Company has poor communication and never has the patients correct information. Doctors forget to call in orders, this company has made more problems for the patients family and the patients family is doing more work than the company has done. Do not recommend this company for anyone who is looking for peace and support.
