Horrible! No support during a difficult time!!! You do not have to respond to me because my mom passed away! You guys were supposed to do a skin check on her… I had to call you guys back due to the fact you didn’t do a thorough job and she had skin breakdown her bilateral ankles. And on her left ear and on her coccyx. when your company is caring for a dying patient you should act as if it is your own loved one!! I am so utterly angry and heartbroken by your lack of caring your business should be completely shut down!!!
I can’t say enough nice things about Beacon Hospice. We have only only had services in place for a few weeks but the staff and nurses have been phenomenal. They have alleviated so much stress off our plates and have gone above and beyond any expectations that we had. We are very grateful to Beacon and my mother-in-law will have a better quality of life because of them. Thank you so very much!

Beacon team took care of my father and they were fantastic! Everyone was so caring and attentive. Amy, my dad’s aide, was wonderful!!! Many thanks to the Beacon team!!
