Insuance limits the time frame to call for refills which can only be done at this pharmacy. They routinely have delayed shipping taking up to 2 days to even get into the mail followed by 5-7 days to arrive to my house. By then the needed medication has been used up and unavailable for a couple days. Does not help with ensuring patients are consistent with their medication regimen.
I have to come here from Michigan because this is the only place with a compounded medicine I'm prescribed otherwise I'd have to order it online. The woman is always very kind when I come in
As someone w/ documented mental health issues, there should be no reason why my medication has gone to Chicago & Indianapolis IF THE BUILDING IS IN TOWN. I refilled over a week ago. Thank you for the withdrawal symptoms & emotional distress
