My mom Fran has always been treated with dignity, respect and the utmost care from the nursing staff at Beacon Hill Villa. The nurses (and all staff really) are exceptional. They are communicative, professional and fun. Happy Nurses Week!
Hello, if I could rate them a zero I would. The entire facility inside is horrible workers don’t help eachother when it is needed. My sister is currently the laundry aid here she’s piled with loads upon loads upon loads of dirty laundry. She asked her co-worker for a bit of help the co-worker completely disregarded her needs MEANWHILE MY SISTER IS PREGNANT AND IS CONSIDERED HIGH RISK.
