Hello, if I could rate them a zero I would. The entire facility inside is horrible workers don’t help eachother when it is needed. My sister is currently the laundry aid here she’s piled with loads upon loads upon loads of dirty laundry. She asked her co-worker for a bit of help the co-worker completely disregarded her needs MEANWHILE MY SISTER IS PREGNANT AND IS CONSIDERED HIGH RISK. Excellent care by all staff. Very caring.
A bit of excitement for Beacon Hill Villa neighbours last night, when, according to the fire department, an employ cigarette ashtray (or urn?) caught fire, filling the neighbourhood with acrid smoke from 9pm to 11pm. It was a hot night and all our doors and windows were open, so the stench was intense. Luckily the fire department is around the corner, but I wonder why employees are allowed to smoke on the premises, and are also encouraged to smoke on the sidewalk in front of Beacon Hill Villa.
Horrible place to work, residents are neglected. Pls monitor your family members daily if you choose to bring them to this dump.
Great place to work, it is a second home for me here! The entire BHV community: leadership, front-line workers, support staff & volunteers, all come together to create a great community for the residents. We all love to have FUN together. Also a great location: right by beacon hill park, royal BC museum and inner harbour!
