I was reached out to in regards to a job role with a company the recruiter was recruiting for on a Thursday. I hadn't heard back from the recruiter that reached out to me. Therefore, I followed back up that following Wednesday. She informed me that she hadn't heard back from the HM and would update me in a day or two. It's been 7 days and no follow-up or communication at all. I have called her cell phone and office and they both go to voicemail just to get an update. I had a great experience working with Marcus. From the very beginning, he was incredibly responsive and always quick to answer any questions I had—no matter how big or small. What stood out most was his consistent communication; I truly appreciated the regular updates he was giving me from the hiring manager that kept me informed every step of the way.
