This HOA is a nightmare to deal with. They make it nearly impossible to obtain a street parking permit, enforcing unreasonable restrictions that leave residents scrambling for spots while designated parking areas sit empty. HOA is rude and ineffective. They are quick to force everyone using a visitors pass to park outside the neighborhood so that all the spots can be empty inside and everyone is parked bumper to bumper outside, and then when the foot gate breaks they don't make any attempt to allow residents to pass through for a week, and still unresolved. All these ladies want to do is look in your back yard and take pictures of your possessions, they don't want to secure the functionality of the neighborhood for it's residents. ** They also ... read more
