I'm extremely hurt and appalled by the way the Beacon Hill staff treated my family yesterday. We entrust you with the care of my grandma & at the end, after she has passed, you remove her surviving family members as they are trying to prepare her clothing, photos & mementos for her service. May other families not have this extra stress at a time like this. May my grandma rest in peace. Loved by many
