I had voicemail on my cell phone stating I owe a bill which I paid probably three days before this call so I called Elkhart General for the billing department and when they answered, I told the billing department please. They hung up on me. I guess I don’t owe anything!
Lisa in the ER was so amazing.
The main entrance to the hospital (the round doors) are filthy and have been for a month. I come everyday and those glass windows have never been cleaned. There are obvious spots of goo that have been there the entire time. I have mentioned it to staff too. This is a hospital and that is your first impression, which is pathetic.
Service was fine no issues with that. Billing however is a big 0star. Was set up with payments and was making them then get a notice from collection. I called beacon one account was paying on for my daughter other is mine. Which I was informed supposed to be combined. Give me a number to call this other place so I did was told paperwork would be sent out to me. Month later still nothing an got collection letter from different place now.
