Dr Pua-Vines is great. She has been the only doctor whom I feel listens to her patients and really tries to work with them to come up with a health plan. However, the lack of communication between nurses, other staff, and patients at this practice is a huge problem. Prescriptions have been cancelled without notice. Experience with Dr. Pua has been positive, but this is a practice which does not see sick patients currently. Was told that this was because they do not have the proper PPE to care for all patients. If you expect to be able to see your PCP in person when you are sick, this is not the place for that unless you are comfortable with telehealth visits. It's not for me.

Dr. Pua has been my physician for several years. She is an excellent physician who listens to you and works with you achieve the best health possible.

I followed Dr Pua over from Parkridge East and it was a great decision, she is kind and takes time to listen to you. Couldn’t be happier with my decision to stick with her in a new location.

Appointment scheduling is difficult. You can’t see a provider that you need to see for treatment.
