They sent their technician out to do a yearly maintenance check on our machine. They told us he would be available all day to work on our printer. The tech arrived at 1:35 p.m. and left at 2:27p.m. He only spent less than 1 hr on it and left. The technician broke numerous pcs and destroyed our printhead. Cost us over $3000 and 2 months for a factory tech to come out and fix it properly. Factory tech said Beacon Graphics never set up the machine properly from day one! I had a tech scheduled yesterday to come out and change a print head in my SP300-i. He knew this stuff, and was a cordial guy. I would most definitely do business with them again. His name was Dave. Also, the guy that set up my appointment was Dave Lynn, who was also extremely helpful. He also called to do a follow up to see if the appointment went ok. This is what I want to see out of a company, especially when you're spending thousands of dollars. 5 stars.
I have been working with Beacon For Five years...They have been offering the best equipment, the best support and I will always recommend highly. I just saw them at a show in Atlantic City...it was like visiting Family, warm and friendly.
Don't order from Beacon Graphics ! I urgently needed a new cutting blade for my Roland Versacamm I paid almost 30.00 shipping so I could have it by the weekend. . Today is Tuesday and I STILL don't have it. Unfortunately I have customers I have to deal with , so I had to submit $450.00 in refunds because they didn't ship my item as they said they would.
