If I could give Beacon Garage Doors 10 stars, it wouldn’t be enough! Mike was so great to work with. I called him on Friday morning because we had a broken spring on our garage door. He came out that same day and even though he didn’t have the spring we needed, he replaced it with one to hold us over until he could get the right one. He kept in contact with me to let me know when he would be back with the correct spring and came back as soon as he had it. He is very knowledgeable about garage doors. I believe in supporting small businesses because of the personal care you receive. Michael was that and then some. He was very professional plus very personal. He was enthusiastic. You could tell he loved what he does. He not only replaced a single broken spring, he greatly improved it with an additional spring. I absolutely 100% recommend Beacon Garage Doors!!!!!

We had a good experience working with Mike! We had a completely new door installed alongside a new opener here in North Ogden. There were a couple of hiccups in the quote process that ended up with a mixup on our order, but Mike made it all right and went the extra mile to take care of us. Overall, very happy with our beautiful door and opener!

Michael came out to look at our garage door and let us know what the problem is. Very knowledgeable and very efficient and friendly. Would highly recommend Beacon Garage Doors to anyone. They are an honest, fair company.

James was the contractor assigned to our home warranty claim and he did the most amazing job for us. Excellent communication, very professional and he went the extra mile to make sure our doors were operating at their best. Highly recommend!
