If I could give Beacon Garage Doors 10 stars, it wouldn’t be enough! Mike was so great to work with. I called him on Friday morning because we had a broken spring on our garage door. He came out that same day and even though he didn’t have the spring we needed, he replaced it with one to hold us over until he could get the right one. He kept in contact with me to let me know when he would be back with the correct spring and came back as soon as he had it. He is very knowledgeable about garage doors. I appreciated his h... read more

I had Michael come out and replace the springs on my garage door today because one had broken. He was on time, completed the work in a timely manner, and did more work to my door than I expected him to. Michael was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He explained everything he was doing and why it was being done. Pricing was very fair for the work accomplished and was exactly as quoted. I was really appreciative that Michael didn’t try to upsell me on a bunch of parts that didn’t need to be replaced like other companie... read more

Wow! What can I say to describe my experience with Beacon Garage Doors. Michael Green was extremely friendly (all around - great person), honest, had my best interests in mind, and his professionalism was outstanding. Michael provided regular updates on the status of ordered parts and made sure I was kept informed. I really just can't say enough great things about this company and Michael. Honestly, I only provide reviews in two cases. 1) extremely happy with the service -or- 2) disappointed in the service received. T... read more

Mike is amazing! Just call Beacon first!! He came out after 3 other “big names” companies and actually diagnosed what was wrong instead of trying to up sell me or tell me my entire garage door and all components needed to be replaced. Their company is very attentive and cares. I felt like Mike was transparent and honest through the entire process and got my new garage door opener installed in under an hour.

I believe in supporting small businesses because of the personal care you receive. Michael was that and then some. He was very professional plus very personal. He was enthusiastic. You could tell he loved what he does. He not only replaced a single broken spring, he greatly improved it with an additional spring. I absolutely 100% recommend Beacon Garage Doors!!!!!
