We had a tension spring break on our garage door. Beacon was able to get our here quickly, resolve the issue rapidly and do it for a great price. Working with them was super great. These guys really know garage doors! I learned so much talking with them, received great tips on maintaining the door to extend longevity and it was overall a great experience. I highly recommend Beacon!
Absolutely a remarkable company. My spring on the garage door broke at 7:30 a.m. by 11:30 a.m. I had a new one and it was an upgrade from what was on there for the same price. They were so willing to talk to me and educate me on the workings of garage doors. Loved it. Highly highly recommend them.
My first encounter with Dan (Beacon Tech) and it was a warmth meeting with honest information about my garage door parts wear and tear. Tech was friendly and professional!!! I’m so glad we called our insurance for this issue and they send the best company. He quoted his cost too on these parts if I don’t have insurance, and were less then the other company I worked with in the past. Dan is an awesome and honest guy! I called him to come check my door that was making a weird noise. He was out within 24hrs we weren’t able to hear the noise but Dan serviced the rollers and explained my options if the noise came back. I’d recommend Dan to anyone having garage door issues..
Dan was great! Two other companies tried to fix our door, and concluded we would just need to replace it. Dan came and explained the actual repairs that were needed and saved us a ton of money! He’s very thorough and knowledgeable and we will definitely call him for any tune-ups, repairs, or replacements we may need in the future.
