Couldn't recommend this place highly enough! Lived here for eight years and never had a major issue. The garbage disposal and dishwasher broke during that time, and the management handled each issue quickly -- by replacing the broken appliance, not attempting a shoddy fix as some landlords do. The building interior was kept very clean, elevators were in working order (with two available, in case one malfunctioned), and little or no wait for communal washers/dryers.
