What a peaceful and clean environment! I walked in and was happily greeted. I was then offered to go to their coffee bar with treats for me and my puppy complete with water bowls and fresh water while we waited for the Dr. Not more than 3 minutes! The assistant came out and sat on the floor so that my English Bulldog Puppy would not be afraid, bonding with her with treats and a soft voice. She was not afraid to go into the exam room. Cheryl and the crew are the most AMAZING veterinary group around! My family has switched over from another local one we've been using for many years. They weren't bad, but they weren't Cheryl and her group. They are some of the most personable people and the way they care for animals is unlike any other! The charges are also very reasonable which is definitely a plus. If you're new to the area, new to having pets, in need of a better or different opinion to your vet, or anything else, call Beacon Falls!! I wouldn't recommend... read more

I am very unhappy with the customer service i received today. I was not treated with friendly customer service and i'm very upset the way i was talked to by one of the staff. Dr. Cheryl was very good but someone there on her staff needs to be more courteous to the clients.
